Chicken Mozzarella Sliders
Super easy and really delicious. Great for lunch or as an hor d’oeuvre.
- 1 package of small dinner rolls
- 2 c pesto
- 3 c cooked shredded chicken
- 16 oz mozzarella cheese shredded
- ½ stick butter
- 1 T parsley, chopped
- 1 t garlic salt
Place the bottom of the rolls in a glass baking dish. With a spoon, spread pesto over roll bottoms. Spread shredded chicken over pesto. Top with mozzarella and then roll tops.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Melt butter in microwave and stir in parsley and garlic salt. Brush mixture on roll tops.
Place the baking pan in the oven and bake for twenty minutes or until mozzarella melts.
Serve hot.
Note:you could add some fresh tomato before mozzarella - yum
