Buffalo Shrimp Appetizer
A twist on buffalo chicken wings, buffalo shrimp is sure please your family for a Sunday football gathering.
Preheat the grill to medium high heat.
Place the butter, hot sauce and salt in
a bowl and whisk together. Place the
shrimp in a bowl and toss with 2 tablespoons of the buffalo sauce and the olive
oil, coating shrimp completely. Set
aside both the extra sauce and shrimp.
Grill shrimp for two minutes per side or
until pink. Remove from the grill and
toss the grilled shrimp with a few tablespoons of the remaining sauce and enjoy! Serve with some blue cheese dressing.
- 1 lb. shrimp, raw, peeled and deveined
- 1 t olive oil
- 7 T butter melted
- ½ c hot sauce
- 1 t salt
