Ham and Cheese Quiche
This quiche is creamy, cheesy and just plain good. 1 crust 1 c ham, diced ½ c american cheese ½ cheddar cheese 6 eggs 1 cup half-and-half salt and pepper to taste Heat oven to 375°F. Place pie crust in 9-inch pie plate. Do not prick crust. Bake for ten minutes and set aside to cool ten minutes. Place the remaining ingredients in a bowl and whisk together. Pour into the crust and bake for half an hour. Remove from the oven and rest for fifteen minutes before serving.
