Chicken or Turkey Pot Pie

Do you have some leftover turkey from Thanksgiving?  Turn it into another meal.  In our house, we make individual pot pies in small pie dishes.  Pre-make them in the morning and have your dinner ready in twenty to twenty-five minutes at dinner time.

  • 1 ½ c chicken or turkey gravy
  • 1 c alfredo sauce
  • 2 c chicken or turkey
  • 2 c peas and carrots
  • 2 c mushrooms, diced
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • your favor pie crust recipe for 2 crusts

Grease your pie dish(s).  Line each pie dish with pie crust and set aside.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.                                           

In a large bowl, mix the gravy and alfredo sauce together. Mix in the remainder of the ingredients and season with salt and pepper.  Pour into prepared pie dish(s).  Top with top crust.  Baked, uncovered, for twenty to twenty five minutes.  Enjoy!
