Bread Dip
Having enjoyed something similar at a local restaurant that was absolutely incredible, this is our version so yummy!
- 1 T fresh basil, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 t fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 t fresh thyme, chopped
- ½ t lemon juice
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 T freshly grated parmesan cheese
- 1 c olive oil
In a small bowl whisk together the basil, garlic, oregano, thyme, lemon juice, salt and pepper and cheese. Once incorporated, pour in the oil and whisk to combine. Serve with a nice crusty loaf of Italian or artisan bread. Enjoy!
