Hot Crab Dip
Crab dip is a quick and easy appetizer for any occasion. Growing up, this was a popular dip for celebrations. Why not mix up this dip and invite some friends over?
- 1 lb. lump crab meat, drained
- 14 ozs. artichoke hearts, drained
- 8 ozs. cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 c Mayonnaise
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 t Worcestershire
- 2 T chives, chopped
- ½ red bell pepper, chopped
- 2 t lemon zest
- juice of 1 lemon
- ½ c parmesan cheese
- 1 c monterey jack cheese, shredded
- salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Place the artichokes and crab meat in a large bowl and mix together. Stir in the remainder of the ingredients and mix well. Spoon into a baking dish and sprinkle with some more monterey jack cheese.
Bake for half an hour and serve.
