Turkey and Cabbage Hash
This is super easy and satisfying. Turkey and cabbage hash the result of finding something to do with extra cabbage. Top with a dollop of sour cream and yum!
- 4 T canola oil
- 4 cups green cabbage, shredded
- 1 lb. ground turkey
- ½ c onion, chopped
- ½ c chicken broth
- salt and pepper to taste
Place the oil and cabbage in a large skillet and
cook for seven minutes. With a slotted
spoon, remove cabbage to a large bowl and set aside. Place the turkey and onion in the same
skillet and cook for about ten minutes. Stir
in chicken broth and reserved cabbage with any juices. Allow to cool slightly, season with salt and
serve.
