Homemade Butter Fingers

With the holidays at on the way, these make a great gift to give as hostess gifts.

I have to admit these ingredients sounds gross, but they come out great.

  • 15 oz candy corn
  • 1 1/3 c peanut butter (creamy)
  • milk chocolate candy melts

Place the candy corn in microwave for about forty five seconds.   Pull it out, stir and put it back in the microwave again. Repeat the steps until the candy corn is melted.   As soon as it's melted, add the peanut butter and stir well.

Spray a non stick 8” x 8” pan with cooking spray. Using plastic gloves, mold the mixture into the pan.  Let harden (it will still be tacky but will be ready when it can hold it's shape).   Cut into small squares.

Melt the milk chocolate and dip the squares into the chocolate.
