Steak Smothered in Seasoned Butter
A nice big steak smothered in seasoned butter is a great Saturday night dinner. A bone-in rib eye works well for this recipe.

2 ½ lb steak
· salt and pepper to taste
Heat an outdoor grill to highest heat.
Season steaks generously with salt and pepper and sear the steak four minutes on each side.
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Place the grilled steak on a baking
sheet and bake until it reaches 130 degrees (about half an hour). Remove from the oven and rest ten minutes.

I stick of butter, room temperature
· 2 t garlic, minced
· 2 t parsley, chopped
· 1 t rosemary, chopped
· 1 t salt
· 1 t black pepper
· 1 t worcestershire sauce
Place butter, garlic, parsley, rosemary,
salt, pepper and worcestershire sauce in a bowl and mix until well blended. Place two tablespoons of butter mixture on
the steak and slice as serve.
