Candied Bacon for Cocktails

Recently enjoying this at a reception, candied bacon was perfect in a iced tea, lemonade, vodka cocktail.  What a great way to treat your guests at your next holiday party.  It can be added to various cocktails.

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. 

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

12 ozs bacon
1/2 c brown sugar
2 T honey
1 t cayenne pepper

Place the brown sugar,  honey and cayenne in a bowl and mix to combine.  Brush on both sides of the bacon and place on the prepared baking sheet in an even layer.  Bake ten minutes or until the bacon is crisping.   Cool and serve in your favorite cocktail.
