Hot Spinach Dip


Hot and cream, this dip is sure to satisfy a hungry crowd.  Serve with\a sturdy cracker or crostini.

  • 10 ozs frozen spinach, chopped, thawed, drained
  • ½ c red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 T garlic, minced
  • 6 ½ ozs jar artichoke hearts, drained, mashed
  • ½ c sour cream
  • ¼ c monterey jack cheese
  • ¼ c parmesan cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • ¼ c heavy cream

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix together spinach, red pepper, garlic, artichokes, sour cream, cheeses and salt and pepper.   Stir in the cream.   Place into a baking dish and bake for twenty minutes.  Enjoy
